The recipe for our prawn croquettes is the pride and joy of Crovettes, but it's also the reason our customers are so satisfied. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, they are generously filled with 37% North Sea prawns, for an authentic, refined taste. One bite is all it takes to appreciate all the richness of our home-made croquettes!

Based in Braine-le-Château, Cro'vettes is a Belgian company specialising in the production of homemade croquettes and other gourmet products. In our workshop, each recipe is made from carefully selected ingredients, using traditional know-how.
Prepared by hand, our croquettes are crisp, generous and full-flavoured. What's more, we've been awarded the "Artisanat Certifié" label, official recognition of the quality and authenticity of our work.
