





A passionate cook, Natacha has always delighted her friends and family with homemade dishes. Her recipe for prawn croquettes was so successful that she founded Cro'vettes in 2007, with the aim of sharing this pleasure more widely. She takes particular care with each croquette, preparing it by hand using quality ingredients without compromise.
Faced with growing demand, the workshop moved to Braine-le-Château, and a small team was formed. While expanding production, Cro'vettes has maintained its high standards: respect for recipes, craftsmanship and product freshness.
The adventure took a new turn with the arrival of Quentin and Alexandre, two entrepreneurs with a passion for Belgian gastronomy and crafts. By taking over the reins of Cro'vettes, they are continuing the original spirit of the company, while injecting a new ambition: to spread Cro'vettes throughout Belgium and beyond, while continuing to produce each croquette by hand, with the same love of good food.
