PREPARATION TIPS


Deep frying

  • Preheat your deep fryer to 180°C
  • Place the croquettes at the bottom of the clean basket, without touching each other
  • Cook for 3 minutes for a golden, crispy texture

If frozen, defrost before cooking

  • To ensure even cooking, be sure to defrost the croquettes before cooking them.
  • If they are slightly damp, roll them in breadcrumbs before cooking for a better result.
